Terms & Conditions

As of November 11, 2024

Starting November 11, 2024, Elite Imaging Center patients are eligible for a $15 gift card to a local Casper restaurant or service for each MRI or CT scan performed per day within the same calendar year, up to a maximum of $75 per year. The following terms and conditions apply:

Eligibility: Only MRI or CT scans performed at Elite Imaging Center after November 11, 2024, and within the same calendar year, are eligible for this program. CT procedure services are not included in the program. Prior services are excluded. X-Ray and ultrasounds are not included. Patients must complete the scan to qualify for the gift card.
Annual Cap: No patient may receive more than $75 in gift cards annually, regardless of the number of additional scans. Annual is considered January-December.
Non-Transferability: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the patient is under 18, the gift card will be issued to their legal guardian.
Physician Referrals: Physicians or providers referring patients are not eligible for the gift card program.
Gift Card Expiration: Elite Imaging Center is not responsible for replacing expired, lost, or stolen gift cards. Patients must abide by the individual expiration policies set by the restaurant or service provider. All cards expire 1 year after being issued.
Program Termination: Elite Imaging Center reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
No Retroactive Benefits: Only MRI or CT services rendered during the calendar year are eligible for this program. Scans completed before the start of the program or outside the current calendar year do not qualify.
Limitations: The program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts offered by Elite Imaging Center.
Disputes: In case of disputes or discrepancies regarding eligibility or issuance of the gift card, the decision of Elite Imaging Center will be final.
Unpaid Balances: Any patients with unpaid balances are not eligible.
